Our Booking Policy**Please make 1 appointment per dog. An assessment of your dog will be carried out at drop off to see if the right service has been selected. Not attending or cancelling an appointment on the day will incur a fee of 50% of the service booked.

As part of our speciality services we offer teeth descaling (without sedation) and cleaning. To clean teeth a toothbrush is used with an oral tooth gel leaving their breath smelling fresh. For puppies, we clean teeth with a finger brush rather than a toothbrush to familiarise them with the process.
