This service is to assist your puppy in becoming familiarised with the grooming process, including brushing, washing, blow drying, clipping, nails clipping 
and underpads. Recommended as a monthly service 
other wise will incur extra cost if left longer. UNDER 12KG

It is recommended that you start your puppy's grooming around 1 week after there final vaccination.

This package offers one full price grooming appointment followed by monthly grooming appointments at a discounted rate for the next four month. Price Depending 0n dog size starting at $ 75 to $80 small  Medium $95

This speciality service can be added to to the Deshed & Groom Out service & the Deluxe Wash service for short haired dogs to ensure more effective hair removal.

STEP ONE: CLEANSE
Cleanse is a deeply penetrating yet gentle shampoo designed to cleanse and neutralise the ionic charge within the coat and remove all dirt, odour, and excess sebum. This prepares the coat for loose hair removal and begins the deshedding process.

TWO: RELEASE
Release contains protein ingredients which fill in damaged or rough areas of hair cuticle making a smooth surface that permits easy release of loose coat. Advanced silicone ingredients provide slip and allow dead coat to slide out with little or no force.

STEP THREE: CLOSE
Close is a mildly acidic silicone conditioning spray further seals the hair cuticle and promotes maximum release of tangled and collected hair within the coat. Spray application allows the groomer to adjust the amount of product applied to different areas of the coat as needed.

Suitable for dogs with a thicker coat, an undercoat or who shed regularly. ie Pomeranian, Papillion, Havanese, Shih Tzu (full coat), Lhasa Apso (fullcoat).

This service does not include any clipping; however, feet and feathering are tidied up where necessary. Includes nail clipping.

It is recommend to clients that double coated dogs should retain their coats and have the groom out service as an alternative to clipping.

**Nail clipping is included in ALL our grooming services.** special needs  dogs ie dog aggressive must book in first thing at 8am or late afternoon from 3pm.

Only select this service if you are just wanting your dog’s nails clipped.

Keeping your dog’s nails clipped short is essential for preventing potential breaks, tears and ingrown nails. Long nails can also create soreness as well as other problems relating to posture and back care.

Good dental hygiene can improve a pet’s overall health.

As part of our speciality services we offer teeth descaling (without sedation) and cleaning. To clean teeth a toothbrush is used with an oral tooth gel leaving their breath smelling fresh. For puppies, we clean teeth with a finger brush rather than a toothbrush to familiarise them with the process.

Includes: double warm wash, towel dry, flea rinse and nail clip.

A grinder works by wearing down the dog’s nails to an acceptable level. It is a small tool with an abrasive grinding tip on the end.

Since grinding takes longer, this speciality service incurs an additional charge.

The choice between nail clipping and nail grinding will depend on your dog’s breed, size, and disposition.
